Q: Who can register as an affiliate? A: Anyone that loves to spread the goodness of Alluskin’s products. Q: How long does it takes for my application to be approved? A: It will take 24 – 48 business hours. Our business hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Link & Discount

Q: How does the system track the affiliate link? A: Each affiliate link is unique, thus you need to make sure that you're giving the right link. Q: Do you provide any discount for a new user that registered under my link? A: Yes, once they create an account, they'll get a 10% discount. It can be used only once. You need to make sure that you provide the correct affiliate link.

Payouts

Q: How much is my commission per sale? A: You will get 15% commission per total final amount paid by the customers. Q: How will you pay my payout? A: Via PayPal. Thus, you need to set up your PayPal account and provide the PayPal email address over the payout details. For international Affiliates (outside Malaysia), we will be sending the full amount as shown in your dashboard. However, there might be an additional fee for every transaction, charged by PayPal. Thus, you might receive a lesser amount. Q: What is the currency that you are using? A: Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). Q: When can I get my payout? A: Once a month before 10th. Eg: May commission will be paid to you via PayPal before 10th June.
